offers services for families with children 0-4 years old who live in North
Kingston, including parent relief, home visiting and parenting programs.
The Ontario Early Years Centre offers parent, caregiver and child
playgroups at various locations in Kingston. Theme kits, toys and resource
books are available for lending.
Early Expressions is a system of partner agencies serving the
speech and language needs of preschool children living in Kingston,
Frontenac and Lennox & Addington.
Early Literacy Specialist offers workshops and information on
early literacy and learning to early childhood educators, child caregivers,
parents and their children.
Frontier College: Queen’s Students for Literacy offers nine
reading circles in area libraries and schools for elementary school-age
