Better Beginnings for Kingston Children offers services for families with children 0-4 years old who live in North Kingston, including parent relief, home visiting and parenting programs.

The Ontario Early Years Centre offers parent, caregiver and child playgroups at various locations in Kingston. Theme kits, toys and resource books are available for lending.

Early Expressions is a system of partner agencies serving the speech and language needs of preschool children living in Kingston, Frontenac and Lennox & Addington.
